Building resilient organisations through queer community
We help organisations build self-sustaining queer communities from within.
Our fully co-created program combines expert facilitation with deep LGBTQ+ inclusion knowledge.
We go beyond one-off DEI workshops by embedding LGBTQ inclusion into your company’s culture and aligning it with your people strategy for measurable impact.
“Because when queer employees are supported to lead, they bring culture, creativity, and resilience to your team helping you attract and retain top talent.”

Our four step approach
1.
Assess
We help you build early leadership alignment to get the process moving. By understanding your culture, existing LGBTQ+ initiatives (like ERGs, Pride events, or community spaces, if any), and your long-term goals, we identify where queer inclusion can grow and shape a roadmap that fits your strategy and sets the foundation for a self-sustaining community.
2.
Co-create
Together, we design a program offer through a participatory process. Whether you're just starting out or ready to deepen your inclusion efforts, we offer different program components to meet you where you are. These are co-created with your community to ensure they reflect real needs and are shaped from the inside out.
3.
Facilitate
We don’t just design, we implement. Professional facilitators bring deep knowledge of the global queer landscape and know how to build interactive spaces where community can thrive. Wether through workshops, rituals, or “always-online” channels, we create spaces for queer voices to grow.
4.
Measure
We track impact through data and stories. By measuring engagement and change, we refine and scale your community for long-term success. The goal isn’t just growth, it’s sustainability. That’s why we help you build structures for continuity, including developing internal ambassadors who can carry the work forward and lead your community spaces with confidence.
1. Assess
Start with a Free 30 min session to start generating Leadership buy-in
We understand that the first step is often times the most difficult and getting leadership buy-in can be tough
So let’s explore how your organisation can grow queer inclusion from the inside out, and how to get leadership on board from the start.
In this free 30-minute session, we’ll:
Map your current community-building efforts
Identify early opportunity areas to increase support
Provide the numbers you need to demonstrate the value of a program like this
Showcase how we measure impact and track results
Together, we’ll get you ready to bring leadership along and move the work forward.
2. Co-create
Every organisation is different. That’s why we don’t deliver a one-size-fits-all program. We build it with you.
We begin with an assessment, align with leadership, and then co-create a program using the building blocks below. These modules can be combined, adapted, or expanded over time, creating a community journey that’s truly your own.
Who it’s for: Organizations just beginning to build LGBTQ+ engagement and looking for foundational community-building and feedback-driven impact.
Foundational Components
Facilitated Workshops
Facilitated workshops co-created based on community feedback, focusing on queer inclusion, connection, and belonging.
Online Channels
Creation of "always-on" digital spaces (slack, teams etc) where employees stay connected, share resources, and engage in informal discussions.
Community Rituals
Set-up of recurring rituals like Queer Lunches, Rainbow Fridays, and Weekly Check-ins to build ongoing connection.
Who it’s for: Organisations ready to take their queer inclusion efforts to the next level, focusing on deeper community engagement and customised support.
Expansion Components
Organisational Audit
Understand current gaps in queer inclusion and establish a baseline to guide further action.
Co-Creation of Workshops
Collaboratively design and tailor workshops based on employee feedback and organizational needs.
Facilitation and moderation
Active facilitation and moderation of online channels and community rituals
Who it’s for: Forward-thinking organisations aiming to fully integrate queer inclusion and position themselves as leaders in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Integration Components
Strategy mapping
With leadership, we align queer inclusion with overarching business goals, ensuring that inclusivity becomes a key strategic priority
ERG structure
Design and implement a comprehensive ERG framework, empowering community ambassadors to lead and sustain initiatives.
Feedback loop & Pulse Report
End of year strategy session to review metrics and asses goals reached
3. Facilitate
Once we have established the program, our professional facilitators create intentional, supportive spaces (online and in-person )where honest conversations can happen.
Using interactive tools and thoughtful formats, we lead workshop-style sessions, moderate panels, guide interviews with guest speakers and set-up and facilitate online channels (slack, teams, etc.) helping your community navigate complex topics with care and clarity.
Grounded in years of (digital) facilitation, with experience working across cultures, from the freedom of Berlin to the resistance of Tbilisi, we stay tapped into global queer realities.
Every session is designed to foster connection, safety, and meaningful exchange.
4. Measure
We believe real impact can be felt and tracked. That’s why we combine quantitative data with qualitative stories, capturing both what shifts in your team, and how it’s experienced by gathering data interactively within the sessions themselves.
Rather than setting metrics in advance, we work with you to define what success looks like for your community. Together, we select key focus areas and then embed interactive surveys within sessions to gather honest, real-time insights.
Typical areas we track include:
Belonging & Safety
Visibility & Representation
Leadership Support
Engagement & Participation
Retention Signals
Cultural Impact Awareness
Using short polls and real-time feedback tools, we turn data collection into a participatory process, not an external audit.
Quantitative data
We complement the numbers with personal stories, quotes, and reflections gathered through interviews, sharing circles, and in-session prompts.
We explore
What changed for them
How they experience belonging
Where they see cultural shifts
What visibility looks and feels like
How allyship shows up
What ripples beyond the community
These stories are gathered throughout and guide how we adapt and grow the program.
Qualitative data
Pinkhammer Pulse Report
All data and stories come together in our annual Pulse Report, a snapshot of your community’s growth including:
Key insights and trends
Community voices and quotes
Participation highlights
Strategic recommendations
Progress toward your organization’s people goals
We turn inclusion into something you can feel and measure.
Case study: PWC Caribbean
4 years
60+members
22 sessions
10 guest speakers
4 strategic sessions
2 ambassadors
What began in 2022 as a push to strengthen LGBTQ+ belonging at PwC Caribbean has grown into a vibrant, co-created community.
We started by laying the groundwork: crafting a code of conduct and defining four core pillars: networking, personal development, information sharing, and community building.
From there, we built a flexible program that continues to grow with its members.
Over four years, we've facilitated 20+ sessions, welcomed guest speakers, and worked closely with the SHINE team to ensure every step reflects real needs. In 2024, two strategic sessions set the course for the future, and two ambassadors began leading the group, a key step toward making the work self-sustaining.
This is what long-term queer inclusion looks like: rooted in trust, shaped in community
